We use should to give advice or to give an opinion.

Affirmative: (pro)noun + should + verb
You should brush your teeth.

Negative: (pro)noun + should + not (shouldn't) verb
You shouldn’t eat much chocolate.

Interrogative: Should + (pro)noun + verb
Should I take any medicine?

Short answers: Yes, you should. Or, No, you shouldn't.
